SHIPPING

Shipping to all destinations in Australia

All our soap is made in small batches for freshness from our studio in South-East Queensland. Packages typically ship within 1-4 business days of an order.

We offer a flat rate standard shipping cost of $12.95 and free standard shipping for all purchases $100.00 or over to any destination within Australia.  For urgent orders we have available an express shipping option of $15.00.  Currently we don’t ship overseas but we’re looking into it. 

Standard Shipping - $12.95 (3-10 business days)

Free Standard Shipping - On all orders $100.00 or over (3-10 business days)

Express Shipping - $15.00 (1-3 business days)

l'essence ships the following day, using either Australia Post or E-Go, with a delivery period of between 3-10 business days.  If your order does not arrive within this time frame, please contact l’essence at sales@lessence.com.au so we can assist you in locating your item.

Refund Policy

If you’re dissatisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt of your item.

Items can only be returned if they’re in their original condition and for us to be able to provide a store credit, exchange or refund.  Returns must be sent within 7 working days of receipt of your purchase.

If an item cannot be returned in its original condition, it will be ineligible for a store credit, exchange or refund due to Australian Hygiene Regulations.

Please also note that shipping costs will not be refunded.

We reserve the right to make changes without notification but we do all in our power to reflect information as accurately as possible at the time of advertising.  This includes but is not limited to pricing, the use of a product, the ingredients of a product and shipping information.

Your privacy is important to us and we do not share any personal information provided to us at point of sale or registration, with third parties.  This includes your name, contact information, email/billing/shipping addresses, and payment details or anything else that may identify you.
